All orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited or Registered. The charges are in addition to the purchase price of the item(s). Insurance will be added to all shipments over $100.00 in value. All items will be insured and sent at full value.
Generally, the charge anywhere in Canada is $15.00 per envelope, plus insurance. The basic price includes $100.00 coverage, additional coverage will be added as required at a rate of $2.75 per $100.00 of value. For all shipments, you will be sent a Canada Post Tracker Number upon receipt of the item at the Postal Outlet. For shipments to the U.S.A. the basic charge is $17.00, the same above extras will apply.
Should you wish another method of delivery, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, please advise us and we will let you know the charge prior to shipment.
No purchases will be sent until all charges are paid in full.
Returns
Any items that have arrived damaged, please advise us, and immediately send us photos by text or email, then we will start an insurance claim.
If any item(s) are not as listed on any of our selling sites, or do not match the advertised item pictures / descriptions, we will replace them and cover the shipping costs, upon our receipt of the item that was shipped to you. ALL returns must be in their original unopened holders. No items will be replaced or refunded without our written consent.
Please Note: The above does not cover Bullion items, we will only ship Bullion by FedEx or UPS at your choice and expense. We only ship Bullion within Canada.
