Due to ever increasing shipping costs, we have determined that Canada Post is currently our most convenient method.
Therefore, we will add $15.00 for all shipments within Ontario, and $19.00 for shipments to the balance of Canada. This
will cover the shipping costs and includes $100.00 basic insurance. Extra insurance is $2.25 per $100.00. Shipment pricing
to the U.S.A. and Europe is to be determined prior to shipping.
Tracking numbers will be available as soon as the package is received by Canada Post and sent to the purchaser by Text to their Cell Phones.
Any shipments requested to be sent by regular mail are totally at the buyers risk, and a waiver will be issued before shipping,
this protects us both in the case of loss or damage.
ALL items purchased must be paid for in full, along with all shipping and insurance costs, before the items leave our premises,
no exceptions unless agreed to us in writing prior to shipping.
Returns:
Any items that have arrived damaged, please advise us, and immediately send us photos by text or email, then we will start an insurance claim.
If any item(s) are not as listed on any of our selling sites, or do not match the advertised item pictures / descriptions, we will replace them and cover the shipping costs, upon our
receipt of the item that was shipped to you. ALL returns must be in their original unopened holders. No items will be replaced or refunded without our written consent.
Please Note: The above does not cover Bullion items, we will only ship Bullion by FedEx or UPS at your choice and expense. We only ship Bullion within Canada.
